Following a FouGen presentation at the People Development Summit in Budapest 2018, FouGen was invited by Carl Rayner ( Head of Talent Development and Resourcing UK) to present our unique recruitment concept to the organisation.
Following a meeting with Nicky Yates ( Early Careers and Talent Manager), FouGen took time to understand the fast pace of the call centre hub based in Slough. The management team were keen to diversify the culture and attract talent from new backgrounds.
